REPM: A Measurement Framework for the Software Requirements Process
This paper introduces REPM, a software requirements measurement framework created to help organizations identify key measures they can use to monitor their requirements process and corresponding outcomes that are most critical for the success of their software initiatives. The proposed model enables teams to develop a better understanding of what affects the requirements definition work and identify areas where action is needed, while avoiding information overload and unnecessary costs associated with overly complex performance measurement programs.
