U.S. – Adriana Beal

For the past 10 years, Adriana has been helping client organizations (some of them Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies in the U.S.) achieve the expected outcomes from their complex software projects. She has a B.Sc. in electronic engineering and an MBA in strategic management of information systems received from UnB and FGV Management, two of the most prestigious graduate schools in Brazil. Brazil – Marcia Cardador

Marcia has been consulting and implementing enterprise software solutions for a variety of clients both in Brazil and in the USA for the last 15 years, focusing on distributed objects and Java/JEE technology. Recently, she’s been working with requirements quality assessement, requirements gathering, mentoring and process customization for financial institutions. Other experiences include system development and training. Her client base includes telecom, IT and steel industry, among others.

Marcia has a B.Sc. in Computer Science and M.Sc. in Computer Science received from UnB and UFPE, respectively. Her Master’s program at UFPE was classified as “Center of Excellence” by the Brazilian government, and her thesis was a conjoint effort with the department of Psychology, with investigation in cognitive psychology.

While working in the U.S. for Summa Enterprises, Marcia was responsible for assessment, requirements gathering, object-oriented analysis and design and development, using JEE and a variety of web application servers. Currently living in Brazil, Marcia has expanded her skills with consulting in process customization and requirement training, having been responsible for training more than 100 system analysts in writing qualtiy requirements and use cases.
